My Speed Climbing Book!

The second edition of my speed climbing book, co-authored with world champion speed climber Hans Florine, was published in November, 2004. The first version was titled "Climb On: Tips for More Efficient Climbing", but the new version is called "Speed Climbing: How to Climb Faster and Better." The new version has new vignettes, corrections, a new topo and tips for speed climbing the Maiden near Boulder, Colorado, new photos, etc.
